Worry-Free Coverage is also known as Damage Waiver coverage in the rental industry. Worry-Free Coverage is not insurance. But, it provides the renter peace-of-mind if an item they are renting gets damaged, lost, or stolen.
What Does Worry-Free Coverage Cover?

No Collusion
Collusion is when an owner and renter get together and create a false claim or intentionally cause a claim for the purpose of financial gain. This is a serious criminal offense. Rent Items will seek justice in the event an owner and/or renter collude with each other to create such a claim.
What Items are Covered by Worry-Free Coverage?
We do not currently offer worry-free coverage on all items or categories. Rent Items is able to only offer worry-free coverage on select items and categories at this time. Items that are covered will provide the option to select Yes to "Worry-Free Coverage" during the checkout process. Currently, items with a value of over $2,500 are not offered worry-free coverage. But, we plan to increase this threshold as the marketplace and rental community grows.
